Recommendation:                                                          

1.

That the license agreement between the Town of Oakville and Domenic Manchisi as further described in the report from the Legal Department dated December 10, 2013, be approved;

 

2.

That the license agreement be executed in accordance with By-law
2013-057; and

 

3.

That the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor modifications to the agreement that do not affect the substance of the agreement.

By-law 2014-006, A by-law to authorize the temporary borrowing of monies for 2014

Recommendation:

That By-law 2014-006 be passed authorizing the temporary borrowing of monies to meet current expenditures should the need arise until taxes are collected and other revenues are received.

Recommendation:

That the recommended apportionment of taxes in the amount of $ 5,316.07 attached as Appendix A to the report from the Financial Operations Department dated December 16, 2013, be approved.
