MAKING SUBMISSIONS TO COUNCIL

Written submissions must be submitted by email to the Clerk at townclerk@oakville.ca by noon on the last business day before the day of the meeting.  Submissions sent through regular mail must be mailed in sufficient time to reach the Clerk.

 

Requests to delegate and make verbal submissions and/or presentations by electronic means at the meeting must be submitted to the Clerk at townclerk@oakville.ca by noon on the last business day before the day of the meeting.

Municipal Transit Funding - Safe Restart Phase 2 and the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund

-           Report from Finance Department, March 16, 2021

 

 

Recommendation:

1.

That the staff report dated March 16, 2021, entitled Municipal Transit Funding – Safe Restart Phase 2 and the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund from the Finance department, be received.

 

2.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA) with the Province of Ontario for the Safe Restart Agreement (SRA) – Phase 2 Municipal Transit Funding, to be executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057.

 

3.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute Amending Agreement No. 1 and Amending Agreement No. 2 to the Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA) with the Province of Ontario for the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund (PTIF) – Phase One (Ontario), to be executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057.
